Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Facilities Management Subject Matter Expert (SME) to play a key role in delivering Program Alkina, a significant business transformation initiative that will redefine the future of Facilities Management across our organisation.

Working closely with senior leaders, operational teams, and project stakeholders, you will provide specialist Facilities Management expertise to support business transformation, future-state operating model design, process improvement, ERP implementation, governance uplift, and change management activities.
n
This is a unique 12-month fixed term opportunity to help design and implement a modern, service-led, standardised, and data-enabled Facilities Management function.

About the Role
n
As the Facilities Management SME, you will represent the FM function throughout Program Alkina, ensuring operational requirements are embedded into future-state processes, systems, and ways of working.
n
You will help drive transformational change by developing new approaches, improving supplier and contract management practices, supporting ERP implementation, and preparing teams for future-state operations.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Lead the design and implementation of a future-state Facilities Management operating model, including improved processes, standards, governance, and service delivery.
n
Provide Facilities Management expertise to support Program Alkina, ensuring business requirements are embedded into transformation initiatives and operational readiness activities.
n
Drive Facilities Management input into ERP design, testing, implementation, and user adoption, ensuring systems and processes align with business needs.
n
Strengthen supplier management, performance frameworks, compliance, and service delivery outcomes across the FM function.
n
Champion change by engaging stakeholders, building capability, and driving collaboration across operational, commercial, and corporate teams.

About You
n
You are a strategic and hands-on Facilities Management professional who thrives in complex transformation environments and enjoys partnering with stakeholders to deliver meaningful change.
n
Essential Experience
n
n
Significant experience in Facilities Management within a corporate, government, or large-scale operational environment
n
Experience supporting business transformation and/or ERP implementation projects
n
Strong understanding of organisational governance, policies, standards, and procedures
n
Proven ability to work across multiple stakeholder groups and influence outcomes
n
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills
n
Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver outcomes in a rapid-paced environment
n

Desirable Experience
n
n
Experience with ERP platforms such as Infor, TechnologyOne, SAP, or similar
n
Commercial, supplier, and contract management experience
n
Service design and asset lifecycle management knowledge
n
Experience in change management, continuous improvement, or process transformation initiatives
n
