This role is more than just HSE delivery and is a critical leadership pipeline role, designed to develop into afuture General Manager position for the right person.You'll provide hands-on support, coaching, and leadership to operational teams while also influencing regional strategy. the implementation and continuous improvement of HSE policies, standards, and procedures across multiple sites.Lead incident investigations and support root cause analysis.Partner with regional leadership to deliver strategic HSE outcomes that align with business priorities.Coach frontline leaders to embed a proactive safety culture and drive
accountability.Deliver

ideally within high-risk industries
(explosives/dangerous
goods experience highly regarded).Robust working knowledge of ISO ****, ISO *****, and ISO *****
systems.Demonstrated
success influencing HSE culture and driving performance improvement across multiple sites.Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management
skills.Accreditation
in Rehabilitation and Return-to-Work
Coordination.Relevant
security clearance or ability to obtain.A commercial mindset with ambition to progress into broader operational and general management responsibilities.

What You Bring
n

Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related discipline (preferred).
n
7+ years of experience in a senior HSE role, ideally within high-risk industries
(explosives/dangerous
goods experience highly regarded).
n
Strong working knowledge of ISO ****, ISO *****, and ISO ***** systems.
