Job Description
ISS is seeking vigilant, professional, and customer-focused Security Officers to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be entrusted with safeguarding people and property across a range of client sites. You'll provide a visible security presence, respond to incidents, and help create safe environments where people feel confident and protected.

Whether patrolling premises, managing access, or responding to emergencies, you'll be a key part of our mission to deliver high-quality, client-focused security services.

Monitor and authorise entry and exit of staff, visitors, and contractors
n
Patrol premises to detect and deter unauthorised access or suspicious activity
n
Respond to alarms, disturbances, and incidents with professionalism and urgency
n
Operate communication systems and maintain situational awareness
n
Inspect and adjust security systems and equipment
n
Prepare accurate daily reports and incident documentation
n
Promote a secure and secure environment through proactive engagement
n
Act in accordance with site-specific SOPs and ISS policies
n
Perform concierge duties (if applicable), including front desk management and visitor coordination
n

What We're Looking For
n
n
Valid Security Licence (State-specific)
n
Current Driver's Licence (preferred)
n
Experience in security, customer service, or team-based environments
n
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
n
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
n
Commitment to safety and compliance
n
Experience in concierge or front-of-house roles
n
Background in customer care, control, or management
n
