Your New Role
n
Your new role will see you working closely with an experienced Partner and Special Counsels on a broad mix of high‐value and complex property matters. You'll gain exposure to:
n
n
Drafting and negotiating leases, variations, consents, and surrenders;
n
Managing commercial acquisitions, disposals, and due diligence;
n
Advising on agribusiness and renewable energy transactions, including wind farm leasing;
n
Supporting settlement and registration processes;
n




Collaborating with corporate teams on divestment and project work.

Your Skills Profile
n
n
1-5 years PAE in property law;
n
Solid drafting, communication and analytical skills;
n
A commercial, solution‐focused mindset;
n
Leadership capability and a genuine interest in developing junior lawyers (for lawyers 3+ years);
n
Ability to work autonomously and enjoyment in collaboratively;
n
A genuine interest in delivering strong results for your clients.
