Responsibilities

Define and maintain the SAP enterprise architecture strategy, digital transformation agenda and business objectives
n
Own the SAP solution design across SAP ERP on Hana modules, including SD, LE, C4C, MM, WM, PP, QM, PM, FI/CO, Integration platforms: SAP PI/PO, CPI, Mulesoft, Analytics: BO / BW / BODS, Syniti, Successfactors
n
Lead the development of architecture blueprints, solution design documents, and technical standards
n
Evaluate emerging SAP technologies (Integration Suite, Azure, Signavio) and provide recommendations for adoption
n
Drive the transition from SAP ECC landscape to S/4HANA, including
greenfield/brownfield
assessment and roadmap planning
n
n
Delivery & Governance
n
n
Provide architectural oversight and governance across all SAP projects, enhancements, and system integrations
n
Partner with project managers, functional leads, and external SI partners to ensure solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and to quality standards
n
Lead technical design reviews, solution sign-offs, and architectural decision records (ADRs)
n
Establish and enforce architecture principles, design patterns, and coding standards across the SAP platform
n




Manage and mitigate technical risks across the SAP setting, escalating as appropriate
n
n
Integration & Platform
n
n
Design and govern integrations between SAP and third-party platforms including
n
Ensure data integrity and consistency across integrated landscapes through robust interface design and monitoring
n
n
Skills & Experience
n
n
15+ years of SAP experience with at least 7 years in an architecture or senior solution design role
n
Deep expertise in SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA — experience with at least 4 full‐cycle S/4HANA implementations
n
Strong functional knowledge in SAP ERP on Hana modules, including SD, LE, C4C, MM, WM, PP, QM, PM, FI/CO, SuccessFactors
n
Good analytics knowledge: BO / BW / BODS, Syniti, Tenado
n
Platform integration experience: SAP PI/PO, CPI, Mulesoft, Tenad
n
Proficiency in SAP architecture frameworks, Activate methodology, and Fit-to-Standard approaches
n
Experience in large‐scale program delivery in complex, multi‐entity environments
n
Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills
