Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced HSE Advisor to join a well-established contractor delivering works across multiple projects in remote WA locations.

This is a FIFO role on an 8:6 roster, working across various sites in Northern WA, supporting operations and ensuring strong safety performance across all projects.

About the Role
n
Reporting to the Project/Operations team, you will play a key role in promoting and maintaining a positive safety culture across multiple sites. This position requires flexibility to travel between multiple projects as required.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Ensure compliance with WHS legislation, policies, and procedures
n
Facilitate incident investigations and reporting
n
Deliver safety training, toolbox talks, and inductions
n
Assist with development and implementation of safety systems
n
Promote a proactive and positive safety culture across teams
n




Support supervisors and management with safety-related matters
n
n
About You
n
n
Previous experience as an HSE Advisor within construction, civil, or mining environments
n
Robust knowledge of WHS legislation
n
Ability to work autonomously across multiple sites
n
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
n
Strong attention to detail and reporting capability
n
Flexible and adaptable to changing project requirements
n

Certificate IV in Work Health & Safety (minimum)
n
White Card
n
Current Driver's Licence
n
Ability to pass pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
n
n
