Job Description of SCCM engineer in Sydney:

Min 8 years of practical experience in running complex SCCM infrastructures
n
Strong experience in SCCM ****/Current Branch
n
Experience in working in a multinational environment and adaptable work timings
n
Very good experience in SCCM administration, monitoring, troubleshooting issues and RCA
n
Complex Software deployment using SCCM
n
Patch management using SCCM, especially WSUS and Windows 10 servicing
n
Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows (workstation and server class OS)
n
Basic SQL Server, VBS and PowerShell scripting knowledge
n
Experience with SQL Server Reporting
n
Good knowledge and practical experience for any troubleshooting with SCCM related technologies
n
Experience in working with Delivery Optimization Solution (Adaptiva OneSite or 1E Nomad)
n
Knowledge of Intune and Cloud Management Gateway
n
Supporting end user issues
n
n
Specific Responsibilities:
n
n
Monitor corporate MeM infrastructure
n
Execute service requests, tasks, maintenance, and deployment activities requiring basic to advanced level of technical competency
n
Monitors and tests performance for potential bottlenecks, identify possible solutions, and work with to resolve issues
n
Create new applications, collections, filters in MeM




n
Addresses software distribution related issues
n
Follow change management procedures
n
Work with local IT support teams in countries
n
Work with external service provider: Microsoft
n
Provide technical support service in reporting, analyzing, fixing and resolving software and application distribution, deployment and installation issues, as well as providing root cause analysis and input for respective technical teams
n
Strong experience in SCCM ****/Current Branch
n
In-depth knowledge of SCCM client installation, software distribution, remote control, and other SCCM issues.
n
Expertise in SCCM Administration, deployment, packaging, network inventory, boundaries, installer and network designing
n
Robust understanding of SCCM with advanced knowledge of application deployment, patch management, operating system deployment, client and server maintenance, troubleshooting, and reporting
n
Experience creating advertisements, collections, packages, applications within SCCM
n
Experience supporting, implementing, and managing a Windows workstation (desktoplaptop) deployment (Windows 7 / Windows 10)
n
Working with the team to automate the deployment process
