The ideal candidate is a team player who will be responsible for working with company data in various business areas. Specific responsibilities include reporting metrics, analyzing methodologies, suggesting operation improvements, and building proposal evaluations in a cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities
n
n
8-12 years of experience in Capital Markets (Credit Risk domain is Must)
n
Define Business Requirement Document and business rules to onboard and develop transformation rules in a strategic platform
n
Perform extensive data analysis to gain insights and liaise with technology partners to design data models, staging areas, ETL and transformation implementation
n
Define centralized control reference data to be applied consistently across all credit risk models
n
Define rules and requirements for developing a time-series and panel view of data to build statistical models for credit risk
n
Define requirements and analysis for creating analytics dashboards and data visualization
n
Build wireframes and mock screens to develop user interface tools for data manipulations and workflow management
n
Perform UAT and post-production testing
n




Write Business Requirements Documents detailing the credit IFRS9 specifications, including data and systems requirements
n
Provide analysis to support policy development for allocating exposures and for forward-looking macroeconomic adjustments to the provision models
n
Understand business processes, review and suggest improvements; identify opportunities to automate business processes
n
Excellent knowledge of Credit Risk Data and knowledge of databases INSIGHT and STARR
n
Excellent people skills and stakeholder management; positive knowledge of Capital Markets and financial instruments
n

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
n
Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
n
Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills
