Job Summary

Seeking an experienced AI professional with over 8 years of expertise in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Data Science to lead and deliver innovative VRM solutions. The ideal candidate will leverage cutting-edge GenAI technologies to enhance vendor risk assessment, compliance automation, and decision-making processes within financial services or similar domains.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement advanced Generative AI solutions, including LLM-based summarization, Q&A; systems, and semantic search for vendor risk management.
n
Design and deploy cloud-native ML infrastructure on AWS and GCP, ensuring scalable and secure VRM workflows.
n
Automate vendor onboarding, risk assessment, and compliance reporting using NLP, document AI, and RAG techniques.
n
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing risk management frameworks.
n
Optimize data pipelines,



preprocessing workflows, and storage solutions for efficiency and performance.
n
Lead AI model testing, validation, deployment, and continuous improvement efforts.
n
Mentor junior team members and drive innovation in AI-driven risk analytics.

Qualifications & Skills
n
n
8+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, and Generative AI.
n
Proven expertise in LLMs (GPT-4, GPT-3.5), RAG, Prompt Engineering, and Vector Search.
n
Solid background in cloud platforms: AWS (S3, Lambda, SageMaker) and GCP (Vertex AI, BigQuery).
n
Proficient in Python, SQL, PySpark, and related data engineering tools.
n
Experience with document AI, NLP, and big data processing (Spark, Hadoop).
n
Knowledge of risk and compliance domains preferred.
n
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
