About The Role
n
As a Senior Associate, you will operate with a high degree of autonomy and accountability, playing a key role in both project delivery and business growth within our Brisbane Infrastructure Advisory team.
n
You will work across major infrastructure sectors including energy, water, transport, health and social infrastructure, supporting clients from early-stage planning and feasibility through to business case development, procurement and transaction support.
n
This is a role suited to someone who enjoys shaping opportunities, influencing outcomes and taking ownership of workstreams in a fast-paced advisory environment.

Key Responsibilities Include
n
n
Leading and contributing to high-quality tenders, proposals and submissions, ensuring compelling, commercially sound and strategically aligned responses
n
Supporting business development activities and actively contributing to winning new work, including opportunity identification and client engagement
n




Managing and coordinating project teams to deliver outcomes aligned to scope, time, cost and quality objectives
n
Leading and contributing to business case development, financial modelling, cost-benefit analysis and feasibility assessments
n
Supporting transaction and procurement processes, including market sounding and commercial structuring
n
Building and maintaining strong, trusted relationships with clients and key stakeholders
n
Applying analytical thinking to solve complex commercial and strategic problemsBringing creativity, innovation and fresh thinking to proposals, project delivery, and client solutions
n
Communicating clearly and confidently with stakeholders at all levels, including senior executives
n
n

About You

You are a motivated, commercially minded and strategically curious professional who thrives in an advisory environment and enjoys shaping opportunities as much as delivering them.

You Will Bring
n
n
Demonstrated experience in tender writing, proposal development or business development within a professional services, advisory or infrastructure environment
n
Proven ability to lead project teams, manage workstreams and balance multiple priorities
n
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence and credibility to engage senior clients
n
Experience supporting or leading business case development, financial modelling or infrastructure investment analysis
n
A strong understanding of the economic, commercial and financial drivers of infrastructure and property projects
n
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distil complex information into clear, persuasive insights
n
A highly analytical mindset combined with creative and innovative thinking
n




The ability to operate autonomously while collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team
n
You are comfortable taking ownership, influencing decisions and contributing to both the growth and reputation of the business.
