As demand for our services continues to expand, we are looking for a talented Construction Lawyer to join our Sydney team.

This is an outstanding opportunity to work closely with experienced practitioners on a broad range of construction matters, advising clients across the strata and residential construction industry.

The Role

You will be involved in a diverse mix of front-end and back-end construction work, including:
n
n
Drafting, reviewing and negotiating construction and consultancy agreements.
n
Construction disputes, including litigation, mediation and alternative dispute resolution.
n
n
This role offers significant client contact, responsibility and exposure to high-quality matters from day one.
n
About You
n
We're interested in lawyers who:
n
n
Have 2-6 years' post-admission experience.
n
Have experience in construction law, strata law, commercial litigation, projects, or a related practice area.
n
Possess strong drafting,



analytical and communication skills.
n
Are commercially minded and solutions focused.
n
Enjoy building strong client relationships.
