About the Role
n
Depending on your experience, you'll take on increasing responsibility for:
n
n
Managing a portfolio of clients as their trusted advisor - working closely with a diverse range of clients to provide business advisory, compliance and value‐added services.
n
Collaborating with Directors on complex advisory work and special projects.
n
Preparing and reviewing financial statements and income tax returns.
n
Providing tax planning and strategic business advice.
n
Managing workflow and ensuring quality and timely delivery of client work.
n
Coaching, mentoring and reviewing the work of junior accountants.
n
Identifying opportunities to improve client outcomes and grow the firm's services.
n
Contributing to the continued growth and success of the practice.
n

About You
n
We're looking for someone who has:
n
n
CA or CPA qualification (or is close to completion).
n
At least 5–8 years' experience in Australian public practice.
n
Strong technical knowledge across business advisory and taxation.
n




Excellent communication and relationship‐building skills.
n
A good understanding of accounting technology and systems (such as MYOB and Xero), with the confidence and adaptability to learn new software.
n
A proactive mindset with strong organisational skills.
n
A genuine desire to mentor others and contribute to the firm's culture.
n
Leadership potential and an ambition to continue progressing professionally.
n
