NES Fircroft is seeking an experienced Lead Clinical Research Coordinator / Site Manager to lead clinical research operations at a dedicated clinical trials unit in Melbourne. This is an excellent opportunity to oversee the delivery of high-quality clinical trials while driving recruitment targets and optimising site performance.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Lead and manage clinical site staff to ensure high-quality trial delivery in compliance with GCP and regulatory standards
n
Oversee site resources, recruitment targets, facilities, and equipment management
n
Act as primary contact for sponsors and suppliers at site level
n
Ensure staff training, performance management, and professional development
n
Collaborate with investigators and recruitment teams to achieve study goals
n
Drive operational efficiencies and continuous improvement in workflows
n
Maintain strong relationships with service providers and healthcare facilities
n
n
Requirements
n
n
Nursing or health-related qualification (diploma or bachelor's degree)
n
GCP training and understanding of local regulatory requirements
n
Minimum 5 years' experience in interventional clinical trials
n
Solid understanding of the pharmaceutical and CRO industries
n
Proven leadership and team management skills
n
Competent with MS Office; experience with Office 365 is an advantage
n
Certificate in Project Management
n
n
