Reporting directly to the CEO, you will lead the HR function in a standalone HR leadership role, partnering closely with the executive leadership team to build leadership capability, strengthen performance, and drive meaningful organisational change. This is a highly visible role where you'll have the opportunity to influence strategy while remaining involved in daily HR operations.

Primary responsibilities include:

Partner with the CEO and executive team on strategic people initiatives.
n
Lead the HR function across Australia and New Zealand, with exposure to global stakeholders.
n
Develop and embed performance management frameworks, KPIs and reward processes.
n
Coach and support leaders to build capability and accountability.
n




Drive organisational change and continuous improvement initiatives.
n
Lead employee relations, compliance and HR best practice.
n
Build a high‐performing, engaged and collaborative culture.
n
Provide trusted HR advice across the full employee lifecycle.
n
Influence business strategy and shape the people function.
n
Lead HR during an exciting period of growth and transformation.
n
Take high‐autonomy ownership with genuine prospect to make a lasting impact.

About the candidate:
n
n
Previous experience as an HR Manager, Senior HR Manager or HR Business Partner.
n
Strong background in performance management and organisational development.
n
Experience partnering with executive leaders and influencing business outcomes.
n
Comfortable balancing strategic initiatives with a hands‐on approach.
n
