Reporting to the AI Enablement Lead,you'llwork closely with product owners, engineers and business stakeholders to analyse needs, shapesolutionsand deliver AI-powered workflows and applications that create lasting value.

As an experienced Software Engineer, you'll bring:
n

Proven experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into practical technology solutions.
n
Strong experience
analysing,developingand
enhancing applications and automation workflows in code-first environments.
n
Knowledge of modern AI development practices, including agentic
workflows,orchestrationand
LLM-based solutions.
n
Experience working within agile delivery teams.
n
Excellent stakeholder engagement,problem-solvingand communication skills.
n
A passion for experimenting with AI tools and exploring new ways to apply technology toreal
businesschallenges.
