An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Corporate Lawyer or Senior Associate to join a high-performing, market-leading Corporate, M&A; and Capital Markets team within a leading national firm.

You'll work closely with highly regarded partners known for both top-tier deal work and developing talent, in a team that genuinely invests in its people.

The Opportunity
n
This role offers exposure to a broad range of sophisticated corporate matters, including:
n
n
Mergers & acquisitions (private and public)
n
Private equity buyouts and exits
n
Capital raisings and securities law
n
Corporate governance and board advisory
n
Investment structuring and funds work
n
Cross-border and multi-jurisdictional transactions
n
n
You'll play a key role across the full deal lifecycle—structuring, drafting, negotiating and project managing transactions, while working closely with clients and internal specialists.
n
This is a hands-on role with direct exposure to high-profile, market-leading deals across a range of industries.
n

About You
n
We're open to lawyers across a range of levels, from 2+ PQE through to Senior Associate, with:
n
n
Strong experience in Corporate M&A; and/or Capital Markets
n
Exposure to private equity transactions (highly regarded)
n
Excellent drafting, analytical and technical skills
n
A commercial, client-focused mindset
n
The ability to manage multiple competing priorities
n
n
For Senior Associates
n
you will also bring:
n
n
Experience leading matters and managing transactions
n
Strong stakeholder and client relationship skills
n
An interest in mentoring and developing junior lawyers
n
Exposure to business development or networking
n
n
