Execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth.

Build and maintain robust relationships with stakeholders and clients.

Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with organisational objectives.

Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to potential partners.

Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for growth and expansion.

The Successful Applicant
n
A successful Business Development Manager should have:
n

Proven experience in sales or business development roles, ideally within the hospital, clinical and or not for profit sector.
n




Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
n
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
n
A strategic mindset with the ability to identify and capitalise on growth opportunities.
n
Knowledge of the Brisbane market and its unique dynamics.
n
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Experience in preparing detailed proposals and presentations.
n
A commitment to the values and mission of the Not-for-Profit sector.
