Ability Action Australia is seeking a proactive Concierge to join our Bruce-based team. You will manage referrals, guide participants from referral to booking, and ensure ongoing support with a focus on empathy and timely communication.
You'll be the first point of contact, reaching out via phone, SMS, and email, coordinating with clinicians, and tracking conversations to keep momentum and deliver positive outcomes for participants across the NDIS support network.
