The Role
n

Advise on complex M&A;, joint venture and project development transactions across the energy, mining and oil and gas sectors.
n
Work on leading energy transition projects involving wind, solar, pumped hydro, battery storage, virtual power, hydrogen, decarbonisation and energy transmission.
n
Support national and international clients on strategic transactions and regulatory matters affecting their businesses and projects.
n
n
About You
n
n
You will ideally have 4-7+ years' PAE in renewables, energy, oil and gas, mining, corporate law or a closely related practice area.
n
You bring robust technical and commercial skills, with an interest in complex transactions and the evolving energy sector.
n
You are a collaborative and proactive lawyer who enjoys working in high-performing teams and building strong client relationships.
