The core offering revolves around rapid, compliant AUD settlement for major crypto assets (BTC, ETH, USDT, USDC), supported by institutional-grade infrastructure.

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to play a pivotal role in driving qualified institutional leads, improving acquisition efficiency, and enabling revenue growth through digital performance channels.

Performance Marketing Strategy & Execution

Develop and implement comprehensive performance marketing strategies across paid channels (SEM, social media ads, display, retargeting)
n
Manage campaign budgets and optimise for maximum ROI across all acquisition channels
n
Build tracking frameworks that capture every meaningful user interaction
n
Execute rigorous A/B testing methodologies to continuously improve conversion rates
n
Analyse user acquisition funnels and identify optimisation opportunities
n

Analytics & Reporting
n

Transform complex metrics (CAC, LTV, conversion rates) into actionable strategies and create reporting dashboards that tell stories
n
Develop targeting segments that find our perfect customers
n
Develop dashboards to visualise performance and communicate results to stakeholders
n
Implement advanced targeting and segmentation strategies across platforms
n
Work with technical teams to optimise landing pages for conversion
n
Utilise marketing automation tools to improve campaign efficiency
n
Maintain expertise in emerging performance marketing technologies and approaches
n

Requirements

7+ years of performance marketing experience
n
Fintech industry knowledge deep enough to explain blockchain at a dinner party
n
Equal passion for creative campaigns and spreadsheet analysis
n
A track record of driving results
