We are seeking a Merchandise Planner to join our collaborative Planning team, based in our Cremorne head office.
n
As a commercially minded and driven individual, you will play a vital role in the team, enabling the department and your category to achieve set sales plans and overall gross profit.
n
Reporting to the Planning Manager and partnering closely with our Buying team, your ability to build key relationships as well as effectively influence and solve problems will play an important part in your day-to-day and support your success in this rapid-paced and hands-on role.
n
Key Responsibilities:
n
n
Work collaboratively with Buying to develop detailed buying plans develop growth strategies
n
Review range to ensure brand strategies and financial goals are being met
n
Oversee the planning and re-forecasting of key items and volume lines
n
OTB Management, continually identify & develop opportunities for achieving financial objectives
n
Review store sales and allocations with Planning Assistants
n
Liaise with internal & external teams as required
n
n
Skills & Experience:
n




n
Allocation experience within retail - Apparel ideal
n
Advanced MS Excel skills
n
Demonstrated experience in reporting and analysis
n
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
n
Solid relationship building and stakeholder management capability
n
n
