Loss Adjuster | Intermediate to Executive Level

We are seeking experienced Loss Adjusters across a range of seniorities to manage and progress insurance claims through to settlement. You will work across a diverse portfolio of claims, supported by a high-performing and collaborative claims team.
n
This role offers autonomy, strong administrative support and the opportunity to work with a well-established specialist organisation experiencing continued national growth.

The Role
n
n
End-to-end management of insurance claims
n
Site inspections to determine causation, quantify loss and assess policy coverage
n
Liaison with insurers, policyholders, suppliers and other stakeholders
n
Preparation of clear, accurate written reports and recommendations
n
Compliance with legislative requirements, codes of practice and service standards
n
Mentoring of junior team members (Senior & Executive roles)
n
n
About You
n
n
Proven experience as a Loss Adjuster at Intermediate, Senior or Executive level
n
Robust technical capability and understanding of the claims lifecycle
n




Excellent written and verbal communication skills
n
Well organised with strong stakeholder management abilities
n
Experience using claims management systems
n
n
Senior / Executive level candidates will have:
n
n
5–10+ years' experience across property (major/complex loss), commercial, liability, construction, engineering or strata
n
Professional accreditation (AICLA, ANZIIF or similar)
n
n
