About the job Trainer & Assessor: BSB***** - Advanced Diploma of Leadership & Management

We are urgently looking for 1 Trainer & Assessor to deliver BSB***** - Advanced Diploma of Leadership and Management for our client based in North Sydney.
n
The delivery will be face-to-face from Monday - Wednesday: 17:*******:30. Suited for someone who works in and around Sydney CBD during the day.
n
The ideal candidate will be teaching for 3 terms for **** with each term consisting of 10 weeks. The second term starts on 8th April ****.
n
Duties include but are not limited to:
n
n
Delivering training, assessment and student services that adhere to the principles of access and equity, meet the individual needs of students, and maximize outcomes for students.
n




Conducting assessment and making assessment decisions in accordance with the principles of assessment and rules of evidence
n
Validating, moderating, and continuously improving assessment tools and processes, and moderating assessment decisions
n
Actively engaging in ongoing career development to ensure the continued currency of VET knowledge and skills, industry skills / vocational competence, and trainer / assessor competence
n
n
All applicants need to have:
n
Certificate IV in TAE***** or TAE***** along with TAEASS502 and TAELLN401 units
n
Currency Documents
n
Proof of PDs done in the last year
n
