Komatsu Australia seeks a Product Support Advisor to support the Rio Tinto contract in the Pilbara. You will manage fleet health and provide on-the-job technical assistance to maintenance personnel, including fault finding and major component change outs.

You will help resolve parts sourcing and technical information issues, forecast downtime, and contribute to weekly site updates. A trade or engineering qualification and Loader experience are required, with FIFO from Perth.
