Senior Tech Lead (Delivery focused)

A large enterprise organisation is seeking a Senior Tech Lead to drive end-to‐end technical delivery across its digital programs. You'll own the technical workstream within a broader project team, leading delivery of enterprise application changes that are on time, within budget, and built to last.

What you'll be doing
n

Lead end-to-end technical delivery across multiple enterprise application work streams
n
Collaborate with the Project Manager and Tech Leads to plan schedules, allocate technical work, and manage resourcing
n
Own release management and oversee development and production environments
n
Identify and manage technical risks, driving mitigation strategies in conjunction with the PM
n
Lead data migration activities and ensure quality standards are met throughout
n
Manage IT vendor and partner relationships
n




Provide progress reporting and support change governance processes
n
Support recruitment and onboarding of technical team members
n
n
What you'll need
n
n
10+ years of .NET development experience
n
2+ years in a technical delivery or lead role
n
Experience with complex enterprise IT landscapes - on-premise and hybrid cloud
n
Hands‐on CI/CD pipeline development and management
n
Proven technical leadership of multi-functional teams
n
Solid communication and stakeholder management skills
n
n
12 month contract – day rate ranging between $1,100 to $1,200 (inc super) per day.
n
Hybrid working arrangements from Sydney CBD (3 in office / 2 from home)
n
Full work rights required.
