As Production Manager, you'll be the technical backbone of the production process, turning creative concepts into reality through detailed drawings, supplier coordination, and in office execution.
n




Your Impact and Responsibilities:
n
n
Translate creative ideas into technical drawings using Vectorworks (AutoCAD or other software experience welcome too).
n
Specify finishes and custom build techniques for bespoke installations.
n
Manage supplier relationships and oversee fabrication.
n
Maintain budgets and schedules while driving operational excellence.
n
n
What You'll Bring:
n
n
A technical design or production background - experiential, exhibitions, shopfitting, retail design, interior architecture or architecture all considered.
n
The ability to produce technical drawings and detail a build (Vectorworks preferred, AutoCAD, Rhino or similar all fine).
n
A working knowledge of materials, finishes and fabrication methods.
n
Comfort moving at pace - timelines here are measured in weeks, not months.
n
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset. An established supplier network is a bonus rather than a requirement.
n

Experiential experience isn't essential. If you can detail a build and manage it through to install, they'll back you on the rest.
