This Finance Business Partner role sits within the ANZ team and plays a key part in delivering clear financial insight to support smarter decisions across the region.
n
Working closely with senior leaders in Sales, Operations, and Marketing, you will influence key outcomes through P&L; management, budgeting, sales performance analysis, and EBITDA reporting.
n
This is a high‐impact role focused on scenario planning, investment decisions, and driving growth in a rapidly expanding business.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Lead financial inputs for annual budgets and strategic planning across ANZ.
n
Deliver accurate forecasts and ensure timely submissions.
n
Manage P&L; and support month‐end processes, proactively identifying risks and opportunities.
n
Prepare and deliver management reporting packs, ensuring accuracy and meeting deadlines.
n
Build and automate dashboards and reporting tools using Excel and Tableau, making insights visible and actionable for business leaders.
n
Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to provide analysis,



financial leadership, and business case support for growth initiatives.
n
Analyse large volumes of customer data to generate insights and drive performance.
n
Prepare and maintain sales incentive calculations in line with approved plans.
n

About You

Experience in a product‐based environment is essential.

Experienced in business partnering with a track record of influencing outcomes.
n
Advanced skills in Excel, with confidence handling large datasets.
n
Strong preference will be given to candidates who have worked on SAP.
n
