As our People Services Manager, you'll lead a small, dedicated team to deliver the full spectrum of people services—from recruitment and onboarding to performance, development, and compliance. You'll be a trusted advisor to senior leaders, a mentor to your team, and a champion of our values-driven, inclusive culture.

Key Responsibility Areas
n
n
Driving strategic people initiatives aligned with Family Life's mission and values
n
Leading and mentoring a high-performing People Services team
n
Overseeing recruitment, onboarding, performance, and development programs
n
Managing employee relations and ensuring compliance with employment legislation
n
Leading the implementation of a new HRIS and modernising HR operations
n
Fostering a culture of wellbeing, recognition, and continuous improvement
n

Proven experience in a senior HR generalist role

Strong knowledge of employment law and industrial relations
