You'll work closely with senior leadership and a passionate internal team, playing a pivotal role in driving client satisfaction, retention, and long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
n
n
Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, delivering exceptional service
n
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships through trust and communication
n
Identify opportunities to add value and ensure client needs are proactively met
n
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services and solutions
n
Represent the business at client functions, events, and networking opportunities
n
n
About You:
n
You'll be an engaging communicator with a natural ability to build rapport, backed by robust organisational skills and a proactive mindset.
n
You will bring:
n
n
3+ years' experience in client relationship management, account management, or a client-facing role
n




Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
n
Strong organisational ability with a focus on detail and follow-through
n
A commercial mindset with the confidence to identify and develop opportunities
n
A collaborative, team-first approach with a genuine client-care ethos
n

Please note: This is a full-time, in-office role based Monday to Friday. Australian Citizenship or PR is required.
