About the Role
n
We're looking for a passionate Occupational Therapist to deliver evidence-based care across Melbourne's South-East covering Dandenong and surrounding suburbs. You'll support clients through Support at Home and the Hospital Substitution Program, helping them achieve goals and maintain independence. Work alongside a growing multidisciplinary team and make a real impact in the community.

Permanent Full-Time or Part-Time role available.

Salary Range – Up to $120,000

What You'll Do
n
n
Provide functional assessments and tailored interventions in clients' homes.
n
Prescribe aids, equipment,



and home modifications to support client goals.
n
Deliver targeted Occupational Therapy for clients with complex health conditions or age-related care needs.
n
Support the development and clinical growth of other Occupational Therapists within the clinical team.
n
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve client goals.
n
Engage in our clinical supervision program with a dedicated supervisor.
n
n
About You
n
n
Degree in Occupational Therapy + AHPRA registration
n
Valid driver's licence and insured vehicle
n
Community or hospital OT experience (preferred)
n
n
