About the role

We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Generalist to join our high-performing People team, reporting to the Head of People. This full-time role is responsible for overseeing and delivering core internal HR function across the business, ensuring compliance, capability, and a strong employee experience across our workforce.

As HR Business Partner you will be a trusted partner to stakeholders, leaders and employees, delivering high-quality HR advice and operational support across the business.

Key Responsibilities

Provide generalist HR support to internal stakeholders across the business
n
Build strong, team-oriented relationships with leaders to understand business needs and workforce within the PALM Scheme environment
n
Use HR data and insights to identify trends, proactively address workforce challenges, and support informed, data-driven decision-making
n
Contribute to the development and delivery of key People initiatives, including workforce planning, learning & development, performance frameworks, and employee engagement, supporting continuous improvement across the organisation
