About the Role:
n
We're looking for a passionate Occupational Therapist / Senior Occupational Therapist to deliver evidence-based care across the Southern Suburbs of Brisbane. You'll support clients through Support at Home and the Hospital Substitution Program, helping them achieve goals and maintain independence. Work alongside a growing multidisciplinary team and make a real impact in the community.

Permanent Full-Time or Part time role available.

Salary Range - Up to $120,000
n

What You'll Do:
n
n
Provide functional assessments and tailored interventions in clients' homes.
n
Prescribe aids, equipment,



and home modifications to support client goals.
n
Deliver targeted Occupational Therapy for clients with complex health conditions or age-related care needs.
n
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve client goals.
n
Engage in our clinical supervision program with a dedicated supervisor.
n
n
About you:
n
n
Degree in Occupational Therapy + AHPRA registration
n
Valid driver's licence and insured vehicle
n
Community or hospital OT experience (preferred)
n
n
