Are you an experienced S26 Construction Supervisor looking for your next challenge? We are currently partnering with Tier 1 mining companies and leading contractor organisations to source high-calibre Construction Supervisors for a range of upcoming and ongoing projects across WA, POH Perth.

These opportunities span Brownfields, Greenfields, Major Capital and Sustaining Capital projects as well as Production and AHS, offering long-term career labour hire contracts, competitive hourly rates, possible temp-to-perm options and a variety of roster options.

Essential Requirements
n
To be considered, candidates must possess:
n
n
Section 26 Statutory Supervisor Appointment (WA Mines Safety & Inspection Act)
n
Demonstrated experience supervising mining construction projects within WA
n
Strong understanding of mining health, safety and environmental requirements
n




Experience managing contractors and multidisciplinary work crews
n
Proven delivery experience across construction, shutdown or capital projects
n
Current Australian Driver's Licence
n
Ability to pass pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
n
n
Preferred Qualifications & Tickets
n
n
Certificate IV in Leadership and Management (or equivalent)
n
Certificate IV in Frontline Management
n
Trade qualification or engineering background
n
Construction White Card
n
Senior First Aid
n
Working at Heights
n
Confined Space Entry
n
High Risk Work Licences (advantageous)
n
Rio Tinto, BHP, FMG, Roy Hill, South32 or Mineral Resources site experience highly regarded
n
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Lead and supervise construction activities across site
n
Ensure protected execution of project works in accordance with site standards
n
Coordinate subcontractors and workforce resources
n
Monitor project progress, quality and compliance outcomes
n
Conduct pre-starts, toolbox meetings and safety interactions
n
Drive productivity whilst maintaining a strong safety culture
n
Liaise with project teams, stakeholders and client representatives
n
n
