Key Responsibilities:
n
As a Service Crew Leading Hand, you'll play a vital role in keeping our underground operations running smoothly. Your day-to-day will include:
n
n




Leading and mentoring your team to complete service crew tasks safely and efficiently.
n
Installing, maintaining, and repairing underground services (air, water, pump lines, ventilation bags, secondary fans, cables, pumps, explosive areas, and more).
n
Operating Integrated Tool Carriers to transport equipment and materials underground.
n
Conducting inspections, pre-start checks and ensuring work areas meet safety standards.
n
Installing grout, plates, and tensioning cable bolts.
n
Training current crew members to build a strong and capable team.
n
n
Qualifications:
n
n
Minimum 3 years' underground service crew experience.
n
Competency in operating Integrated Tool Carriers.
n
Working at Heights Certificate.
n
Desirable: Dangerous Goods Security Card & Senior First Aid.
