A highly respected specialised equipment manufacturer is expanding into the Sydney market and is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead operations at its new Lane Cove facility. This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of a newly established warehouse, build a high-performing team, and play a key role in supporting the company's national growth plans.

Key Responsibilities
n
Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, dispatch and inventory control.
n
Lead, mentor and develop warehouse staff.
n
Coordinate freight and logistics activities across inbound and outbound operations.
n
Maintain inventory accuracy through ERP/WMS systems.
n
Drive process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives.
n
Ensure compliance with WHS, quality and company standards.
n
Optimise warehouse layout, storage systems and workflow processes.
n
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support business growth.
n
About You
n




Proven experience in warehouse leadership or warehouse management.
n
Strong background in logistics, freight coordination and inventory management.
n
Experience using ERP, WMS or similar warehouse systems.
n
A hands-on leader with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
n
Passionate about continuous improvement and operational excellence.
n
Forklift licence advantageous.
n
