Job Description
We are currently looking for an experienced Design & Optimise Expert to support 5G Feature Introduction & Testing for a major telecommunications program in Australia.

Responsibilities
n

Perform lab-based validation and testing of LTE & 5G RAN features
n
Assess feature readiness, performance, and deployment impact
n
Support functional, regression, and pre-production testing
n
Analyse KPIs (accessibility, mobility, throughput, latency, etc.)
n
Troubleshoot issues using logs, alarms, counters, and traces
n
Prepare test reports and support go/no-go deployment decisions
n
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful feature rollout
n
Strong experience in LTE & 5G RAN technologies
n
Hands‐on experience in feature testing / system validation / lab environments
n




Positive understanding of 5G architecture (NSA/SA, gNB, EN-DC)
n
Strong knowledge of RF fundamentals and KPI analysis
n
Experience with Nokia RAN (highly preferred)
n
Ability to analyse logs, counters, traces, and troubleshoot issues
n
Exposure to OSS tools and protocol analysis
n
Basic scripting (Python/Shell) is a plus
n

Qualifications
n
n
Degree in Telecommunications / Engineering or related
n
Proven experience in RAN optimisation, testing, or network performance
n
Experience working on Australian telecom projects is advantageous
