Job Description
Core Element Executive Search + Recruitment Partners is seeking a Head of Sales & Marketing to lead the ANZ commercial strategy for a prominent premium food organization. This role is pivotal at a stage of significant growth, requiring experience in the grocery sector and strategic leadership capabilities.

The successful candidate will manage distributor relationships, drive market development, and oversee brand activation across Australia and Current Zealand. This position will be based in either Sydney or Melbourne.
