The Opportunity:
n
This role will see you overseeing a portfolio of services across Brisbane supporting Centre Directors to drive high quality educational practice, strong operational performance, compliance,



occupancy growth, and team engagement.
n
You will play a key role in:
n
n
Mentoring and developing Centre Directors and leadership teams
n
Driving quality, compliance, and Assessment & Rating outcomes
n
Building strong centre cultures and team performance
n
Supporting workforce, occupancy, and operational success
n
Championing child safety and safeguarding practices
n
Leading continuous improvement initiatives across the portfolio
n
n
About You:
n
n
Proven leadership experience across multiple sites or teams in the Early Childhood
n
MUST HOLD previous experience as a Area Manager managing early childhood services!
n
Strong operational and people leadership capability
n
Passionate about quality, compliance, and high standards
n
Confident mentoring and developing leaders
n
Background in a multi-site position within Early Childhood
n
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
n
Driven, solutions focused, and highly accountable
n
