Job Description
We are seeking an experienced EUC Specialist with strong architectural capabilities to support a large‐scale Telecom enterprise environment. The role focuses on end-to‐end EUC solution design, technology leadership, and BAU support, ensuring highly available, secure, and scalable end‐user computing platforms.

The ideal candidate will bring 10+ years of experience across EUC, VDI, endpoint management, and workspace platforms, with a proven ability to define target‐state architectures and guide enterprise‐wide EUC strategy.

Design end‐to‐end EUC solutions covering:
n
Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI)
n
Desktop as a Service (DaaS)
n
Application and workspace delivery platforms
n
Define target‐state architecture, standards, and EUC design principles.
n
Ensure solutions meet performance, security, scalability, and availability requirements.
n
Create high‐level and low‐level design documents, including:
n
Integration flows
n
Bill of Materials (BoM)
n
n
Technology Leadership & Strategy
n
Provide architectural leadership for:
n
n
VDI and DaaS platforms
n
Endpoint and device management solutions
n
Digital workspace and application delivery platforms
n
Evaluate emerging EUC technologies and recommend continuous improvements to existing environments.
n
Act as a technical authority and advisor for EUC‐related initiatives within BAU operations.
n
n
Security, Compliance & Resilience
n
n
Ensure EUC designs align with enterprise security frameworks, zero‐trust principles,



and regulatory requirements.
n
Collaborate with security teams to embed security‐by‐design into EUC platforms.
n
Design and validate high availability (HA) and disaster recovery (DR) solutions.
n
Support audits, compliance reviews, and risk mitigation activities.
n

BAU & Stakeholder Support
n
n
Provide advanced EUC engineering support in a BAU environment.
n
Work closely with operations, infrastructure, network, and security teams.
n
Engage with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into robust EUC solutions.
n
n
Required Skills & Experience
n
n
10+ years of overall IT experience with deep expertise in End User Computing (EUC).
n
Strong background supporting large enterprise or telecom environments.
n
n
Technical Skills
n
n
Extensive experience with VDI / DaaS platforms (e.g., Citrix, VMware Horizon, Azure Virtual Desktop, Amazon WorkSpaces).
n
Endpoint and device management solutions (e.g., Intune, SCCM/MECM, Workspace ONE).
n
Application delivery and workspace technologies.
n
n
Robust understanding of
