Working across major clinical and digital transformation initiatives, you'll define target-state data architecture and help turn complex clinical, operational and reporting requirements into practical, future-ready solutions.

What you'll be doing
n
n
Define and maintain data architecture across clinical and operational environments.
n
Support major clinical systems, electronic medical record and health data platform initiatives.
n
Develop practical roadmaps for data migration, integration and legacy-system transition.
n
Establish data and integration patterns using healthcare standards such as FHIR and HL7.
n
Work closely with clinical, business and technology stakeholders.
n
Help strengthen data governance, quality, privacy and security practices.
n
n
What you'll bring
n
n
Demonstrated data architecture experience within the healthcare industry.
n
Experience with clinical systems, EMRs and health data platforms.
n
Strong knowledge of data modelling, governance and integration.
n
Familiarity with healthcare interoperability standards, including FHIR and HL7.
n
Experience working with sensitive health information and privacy requirements.
n
Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and problem-solving skills.
n
n
Knowledge of SNOMED CT and ICD-10 would be highly regarded.
n
