Our client is a leading provider of pet cremation services in Australia with a national footprint.

This role contributes significantly to providing premium customer service by supporting the operations team in carrying out after pet care services in a professional and compassionate manner supporting the company's purpose in "Honouring a lifetime of unconditional love".

Responsibilities
n
n
Carry out the collection and transfer of pets between sites daily
n
Deliver Ashes in accordance with the daily schedules
n
Assist the Cremation Team with the lifting/unloading of pets as required
n
Assist in vet collections and deliveries as required
n
Ensure the coordination of cages and pet placement is carried out in accordance with company policy and procedure
n
Demonstrate effective and explicit communication with compassion and in a professional manner
n
Attend team and company meetings as required
n
Take personal responsibility for upholding standards relating to presentation, property, hygiene, including prompt reporting of loss, damage, or maintenance needs
n
Taking responsibility of reporting hazards and risks that may cause harm or injury,



and adhering to WH&S; policies and procedures
n
Other duties as required aligned to the role's operational requirements

Requirements

Valid C Class Driver Licence
n
Effective verbal and interpersonal skills
n
Exceptional customer focus and service orientation
n
Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks
n
Maintain a positive attitude whilst under pressure
