What We Offer

Salary $130,000 to $165,000 + Super, negotiated based on capability
n
Hybrid working and flexible start/finish times (7:30am‐8:30am start; 4:00pm‐5:00pm finish)

What You'll Do
n
n
Initial client consultations
n
Strategic legal advice
n
Parenting matters
n
Property settlements
n
Mediations
n
Court appearances
n
Drafting applications, affidavits, submissions and other documentation
n
n
Qualifications
n
n
3 to 8+ years' PQE in Family Law
n
Strong drafting and advocacy skills
n




Confidence managing your own matters with appropriate support
n
High emotional intelligence and a sense of humour
n
Excellent communication and relationship building skills
n
A collaborative approach
n
