Essential: Proven and recent Business Analyst experience in higher education or education-aligned government, with a strong understanding of university operating models, governance, and stakeholder complexity.

We're working with a large, complex education organisation delivering enterprise-level programs of work and looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join on a contract.

The role

Lead end-to-end business & process analysis
n
Facilitate stakeholder workshops across complex environments
n
Translate requirements into clear, high-quality documentation
n
Recommend practical, fit-for-purpose solutions
n
Work within agile and hybrid delivery teams
n

About you

Senior BA experience in large, structured organisations
n
Strong business requirements & process mapping skills
n
Comfortable engaging senior and diverse stakeholders
n
Background in regulated environments (education, gov, etc.) highly regarded
n
Full time (5 days/week)
n
Contract initially until May ****
n
