We are seeking a reliable and experiencedMobile Crushing All Rounder Operatorto join our Crushing and Haulage team!
n
This is a hands-on role operating across a range of mobile plant within a crushing setting.You will play a key part in keeping the plant running efficiently while maintaining strong safety and production standards.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
n
n
Operate and monitor mobile crushing and screening plant
n
Conduct start-up, shutdown, and ongoing plant checks
n
Adjust plant settings to optimise throughput and product quality
n
Safely operate mobile plant including loaders, excavators, and water carts
n
Complete pre-starts, inspections, refuelling, and general upkeep
n




Identify and report faults, hazards, and incidents
n
Follow isolation and lock-out/tag-out procedures
n
Participate in toolbox talks and safety meetings
n
Maintain a clean, safe, and productive work environment
n
n
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
n
n
Minimum 2 years' experience in mobile crushing or mining operations
n
Competency operating loaders, excavators, and water carts
n
Excavator and Loader tickets (essential)
n
HR Licence (required)
n
Forklift licence (desirable)
n
Strong safety focus and awareness
n
Ability to work independently and within a team
n
Good communication and problem-solving skills
n
Ability to work in physically demanding site conditions
