Let's Get Physio – Occupational Therapist Position

About the Role
n
Your caseload will include a mix of NDIS, MyAgedCare and DVA clients across the lifespan, providing meaningful and client‐centred occupational therapy services both in the clinic and within the community.
n
You'll be involved in the following activities:
n
n
Ongoing mentoring and clinical support from our Lead OT, who has over 10 years of experience across paediatric and general occupational therapy.
n
Functional Capacity Assessments (FCAs) for NDIS and DVA participants
n
NDIS paediatric occupational therapy services
n
NDIS & MyAgedCare adult occupational therapy services
n
DVA occupational therapy services
n
Home visits and community‐based assessments
n
Clinic‐based consultations
n
Assistive technology recommendations and reports
n
Minor home modification assessments and recommendations
n
Goal setting, care planning, and multidisciplinary collaboration
n

What We're Looking For
n
n
Occupational Therapy qualification and current AHPRA registration
n
Experience working with NDIS participants and/or DVA clients (desirable)
n
Experience completing Functional Capacity Assessments (desirable)
n
Valid blue card and NDIS workers screening check
n
Valid First aid and CPR
n
Strong assessment, clinical reasoning, and report‐writing skills
n
Ability to build and maintain rapport with clients, families, support coordinators, and other health professionals
n
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
n
Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
n
Competent computer skills and ability to learn scheduling and clinical software systems
n
Passion for ongoing learning and professional development
n
Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
n

The package:
n

Salary: $90,000–$110,000 per annum (for employees), or competitive rates for contractors
n
Industry‐leading KPI: Just 5 billable hours per day — genuinely the lowest we've seen in the sector
n
Revenue bonus program: Earn 10% of all revenue generated above your target
n
Caseload flexibility: Choose your preferred mix of NDIS, DVA, and Home Care clients — we shape the work around you
n
Employment flexibility: Employee or contractor — your choice

Clinical support: Dedicated Clinical Lead for mentoring plus regular supervision from the OT Team Leader
