An established, multidisciplinary engineering consultancy is seeking an Associate Electrical Engineer to join their Melbourne team.

This is a key leadership position offering the opportunity to take ownership of a growing electrical division, work across major healthcare and data centre projects, and play a pivotal role in winning work and building a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and delivery of electrical building services projects
n
Develop and maintain strong client relationships
n
Contribute to business development and winning new projects
n
Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior engineers
n
Oversee project performance including program, quality, and financials
n
n
About You
n
n
10+ years' experience in electrical building services design
n
Proven project experience within healthcare or data centres
n
Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
n




Demonstrated ability to win work or contribute to business development
n
Experience leading or mentoring teams
n
Solid understanding of Australian standards and local market
n
