An Southern SA hospital requires a Senior Medical Officer in General Practice from 19/07/2026 to 02/08/2026.

**** Sunday 19th July – **** Sunday 2nd August **** (can be split into smaller shifts)

Clinical Requirements
n
n
Caring for patients when the primary obstetricians aren't available
n
Assisting with LSCS
n
Assisting with neonatal resus
n
Birthing management for any unallocated patients or those from out of town
n
Managing antenatal and postnatal patients when called by the midwife.
n
n
The rate is $*******/day
n
n
Located on the far west of the Eyre Peninsula 550 km north west of Adelaide. Known as the oyster capital of Australia and has an approximate population of 2,289 residents.
n
On call component is required
n
Flights, accommodation + car hire costs covered by hospital.
n
n
