Bunnings Group is seeking a Department Manager to oversee daily operations, sales and high-volume stock in a specialist area. You will lead a team of 20+ teammates, report to the Assistant Site Manager and Site Manager, and drive Best Experience for customers across service and operations.

You'll develop your team, monitor customer service levels, collaborate with Merchandising, Store Leadership and Health and Safety, and work a 1-in-3 weekend roster with some public holidays.
