The Opportunity

We've partnered with a global, high-growth AI consultancy looking for a Senior Applied AI Solution Engineer to join their team delivering cutting‐edge Generative AI solutions across enterprise clients.
n
You'll work closely with both internal engineers and clients to design, build and deploy production‐grade AI applications, with a strong focus on LLMs, agents, and real‐world business impact.
n
This is a hands‐on role working on some of the most complex applied AI challenges in industry.

What You'll Be Doing
n

Design and build AI‐powered applications using large language models and modern data stacks
n
Work directly with clients to understand business challenges and translate them into AI solutions
n
Own end‐to‐end delivery of solutions (design → build → deploy)
n
Lead and mentor engineers while contributing to technical best practices
n
Collaborate cross‐functionally to deliver scalable, production‐ready systems
n
Ensure solutions meet quality, reliability, and ethical AI standards
n

What We're Looking For
n
n




Robust experience building production‐grade AI or data applications
n
Hands‐on with Python development experience
n
Experience working with LLMs (OpenAI or open‐source), fine‐tuning, or agent‐based systems
n
Solid background in solution design and analytical problem solving
n
Comfortable in a client‐facing role, able to translate technical concepts into business value
n
Ability to operate independently in a fast‐paced, high‐growth environment
