About the job Electrical Engineering Intern - MEL

The successful intern would get exposure to the following duties but not limited to:

Electrical CAD and Technical Resource Library Management: Responsible for the preparation and maintenance of Electrical CAD designs and Technical Resource Libraries, ensuring up-to-date and accurate documentation.
n
Project Drawings Preparation: Develop detailed project drawings, translating concept designs into comprehensive project plans, complete with equipment lists, label lists, and single-line diagrams.
n
Switchboard and Control Wiring Design Support: Assist in the design and development of switchboards and electrical control wiring, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
n
Electrical Product Modeling and R&D; Support: Contribute to electrical product modeling and participate in new product development initiatives, providing technical support during the R&D; process.
n
Production Floor Assistance: Offer hands‐on support on the production floor, focusing on electrical fitting and wiring tasks to meet project specifications.
n
Material and Production Planning: Aid in material planning and production scheduling, coordinating with suppliers to verify lead times and ensure timely manufacturing of products.
n
Sheet Metal Design: Prepare and design sheet metal components,



contributing to the overall structural integrity and functionality of electrical products.
n
3D Modeling and Visualization: Utilize SolidWorks and AutoCAD to create 3D models of panel boards and meter boards, providing virtual switchboard displays for customer presentations.
n
